Court dismisses plea claiming Taj Mahal ownership for Hindus

#Agra #Uttar Pradesh A civil court has dismissed a lawsuit claiming that Taj Mahal was a Hindu temple and its ownership should be transferred to the community.
The petition was filed in the civil court on Wednesday by Hari Shankar Jain and five others over ownership of the 17th century Mughal monument.
Lawyer for the plaintiffs Rajesh Kulshreshtra said that the court refused to entertain the petition and dismissed it on Thursday.
"We will now approach the Allahabad High Court and we are confident our PIL will be admitted on merit there," Kulshreshtra said.

He claimed that there was substantial evidence to prove that the Taj Mahal was a Shiva temple, dedicated to Lord Agreshwar Mahadev.The suit demanded that the monument's ownership be transferred to Hindus and Muslims be restrained from offering prayers there.

Hyundai i20 Active Crossover Completely Launched

Hyundai Indiais  launched the new i20 Active crossover in India on March 17,2015. About three-four weeks ago, the company had revealed the design sketches of the car, and now it has revealed it completely through official pictures. Designed at Hyundai Motor Design Centre Europe in Russelsheim, Germany, the vehicle is based on the new-gen i20.
When compared to the i20 hatchback, the crossover version looks beefier with some significant exterior and interior updates. The front fascia of the car gets a new skid plate, new bumper with large fog lamps, projector head-lamps with daytime running lamps, etc

While there are enough changes made to exterior and interior of the car, it will continue to feature the same engine options, 1.2-litre Kappa2 petrol and 1.4-litre CRDi diesel, that power the i20 hatchback.
